The only time they contact you is the moment when you have to renew your insurance. Probably, they care only for the commission they will receive. I will do the same thing switch to another agent."

"Update. Mike's customer service skills are trash. I have a new vehicle that I had no trouble with adding onto my policy. However, Mike mentioned he would email my new quote and it never came. When I reached out to Mike for an understanding on why my bill was MORE than my quote, he mentioned he would call me back but never did. When I reached out again 1 week later, he stated "you need to be more proactive with your life and look at the app for this information. Instead of calling me." Incredibly rude and disrespectful.
